1. The Nature of My Work

I offer Reiki and reflective guidance through the Gene Keys to support your well-being, clarity and inner grounding.

Everything I share is complementary — a gentle layer of support — and not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

I don’t diagnose or treat, and I don’t promise specific results. If you need medical or mental health support, please reach out to the appropriate professionals in addition to this work.

2. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

I book sessions through email, direct messages and this website because I prefer things to feel personal and human.

If you need to cancel or move a session, please give me 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged.

Once a session has occurred, it’s non-refundable as the service has been delivered.

3. Your Responsibility & Your Power

My work is here to support you — but you’re the one steering your life.

By working with me, you agree that you’re responsible for your own well-being, choices and actions.

I can’t be held liable for any decisions or outcomes connected to the sessions.

4. My Work & My Words

Everything I write and create — my Reiki reflections, my Gene Key journalling prompts, and the content on this website — is my own. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking me first.

Privacy Policy UK(GDPR)

I respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR. Here’s what that means in plain language.

5. What I Collect

Depending on how you contact me, I may hold:

Your name

Your email address or contact details

Anything you share when booking or chatting with me

Payment information (handled securely by services like PayPal or your bank — I don’t see your full card details)

6. Why I Collect It

I use your information simply to:

Communicate with you

Arrange and deliver your sessions

Take payment

I won’t use your details for marketing unless you specifically say yes.

7. How Your Information Is Held

Your information is kept securely and only for as long as needed — either for our work together or for basic legal obligations (like financial record-keeping).

Messages sent on platforms like Instagram or email sit within those platforms’ own privacy systems.

8. Who Sees Your Information

I don’t sell or share your data.

The only third parties involved are the services needed to run things smoothly (e.g., payment processors, email platforms).

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

See what personal data I hold about you

Ask for corrections

Ask for deletion

You can contact me at verenassoulradiance1@outlook.com for any of the above.
