Terms, Disclaimer & Privacy Policy

1. The Nature of My Work
I offer Reiki and reflective guidance through the Gene Keys to support your well-being, clarity and inner grounding.
Everything I share is complementary — a gentle layer of support — and not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
I don’t diagnose or treat, and I don’t promise specific results. If you need medical or mental health support, please reach out to the appropriate professionals in addition to this work.
2. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
I book sessions through email, direct messages and this website because I prefer things to feel personal and human.
If you need to cancel or move a session, please give me 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may still be charged.
Once a session has occurred, it’s non-refundable as the service has been delivered.
3. Your Responsibility & Your Power
My work is here to support you — but you’re the one steering your life.
By working with me, you agree that you’re responsible for your own well-being, choices and actions.
I can’t be held liable for any decisions or outcomes connected to the sessions.
4. My Work & My Words
Everything I write and create — my Reiki reflections, my Gene Key journalling prompts, and the content on this website — is my own. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking me first.
