Sometimes the most meaningful part of a Reiki session isn’t something we understand there and then.
We receive. We become still. We give ourselves that little bit of space.
And then life starts again.
We go home. Pick up our phones. Make the tea. Get back to whatever needs doing.
Before long, the pause we gave ourselves can become part of another busy day.
Soul Reflection grew from my wish to gently extend that pause.

Why I created Soul Reflection
Journalling has been part of my own inner world for a long time.
I love what can happen when we slow something down enough to put pen to paper. The thoughts we hadn’t quite caught. The feelings underneath the obvious ones. The question that takes us somewhere we weren’t expecting.
And through my own experience of Reiki, I began to notice how beautifully the two could sit alongside each other.
Not by journalling during the Reiki.
Not by trying to analyse the experience afterwards.
But by allowing the Reiki to be Reiki first.
To stop. To receive. To be still.
And then, afterwards, having something personal to return to when there is space to listen a little more closely.
That became Soul Reflection.
How the session unfolds
Your session begins in the same gentle, unhurried way as my Angelic Reiki sessions.
There is time to settle in and share what has brought you there and anything that feels important for you to talk about.
Then you get comfortable and receive your Angelic Reiki.
There is no journalling to think about while you are receiving. Nothing to remember. Nothing you need to make sense of.
The Reiki comes first.
After your session, I create a small collection of personalised journalling prompts for you, shaped around what you have shared and what feels meaningful for you to continue exploring.
They are yours to take away and return to in your own time.
Your Soul Reflections
These are not generic prompts pulled from a list.
And they are not homework.
They are personal invitations to pause again.
To notice what is present.
To explore a thought or feeling a little further.
To ask yourself a question you may not normally stop long enough to ask.
You don’t need to be someone who journals every day, and there is no particular way you need to use them.
You might sit down and write pages.
You might spend ten quiet minutes with one question.
You might read them, put them away and discover that something calls you back days or even weeks later.
There is no deadline and no right way to reflect.
They are simply there when you want them.

Reiki to receive. Reflection to return to.
That is really the heart of this offering.
The journalling isn’t there because the Reiki needs explaining.
And the Reiki isn’t there simply to prepare you for the journalling.
Each has its own place.
Angelic Reiki gives you the experience of pausing and receiving.
Soul Reflection gives you a gentle way to return to yourself afterwards and continue exploring what feels present.
The Reiki gives you the space to receive.
The Soul Reflections give you somewhere to continue listening.

Your Angelic Reiki + Soul Reflection session
Your experience includes your Angelic Reiki session, with time to settle in beforehand and gently close afterwards.
Following the session, I take time to create a small collection of personalised Soul Reflection journalling prompts, shaped around what you have shared and what feels meaningful for you to continue exploring.
Your prompts are then sent to you by email, ready for you to return to in your own time.
