I’m not here to give you answers or pretend I’ve got it all figured out.
I’m here because I’ve lived the questions.
Healing, for me, wasn’t a sudden spiritual breakthrough. It was messy. Human. Tender.
It looked like heartbreak. Illness. Uncertainty that ached in my chest.
It looked like forgetting who I was… and slowly, softly, remembering.
That remembering began with Reiki.
Not as a quick fix.
Not as a spiritual escape.
But as a gentle way back into my body.
A way to breathe again.
To feel safe again.
To learn, I didn’t have to carry everything alone.
Somewhere along the way, I started writing.
Not to teach. Not to share.
Just to let the grief and questions move through me.
Journaling became a way to sit with what hurt — rather than run from it.
And in that presence, something shifted.
Softness wasn’t weakness.
It was strength.
Over time, Reiki and reflection became more than practices.
They became a way of being.
Then came the Gene Keys.
Not as a system to master — but as a living mirror.
A contemplative path that gave language to what I had always sensed within me.
That my shadows carried meaning.
That beneath every ache was a quiet Gift waiting to be lived.
I’ve been walking with the Gene Keys ever since — exploring, embodying, living my own profile.
My journey with the Gene Keys eventually led me to become a guide within a Gene Keys community — an experience that deepened my capacity to hold space for this work for others.
This work doesn’t live in me as something I teach.
It lives in me as something I practice.
Today, my work weaves together Angelic Reiki and the contemplative depth of the Gene Keys,
Together, they create a space where you can come home to yourself — not through striving or performance, but through softness, awareness, and soul-level remembering.
Why Verena's Soul Radiance
Verena is the name I was given at birth — a name I tucked away for decades.
Growing up in England, it felt too different.
Too noticeable.
Too easy to bruise.
So I slipped quietly behind my middle name, Elisabeth, and learned how to make myself smaller in order to feel safe.
But healing has a way of guiding us back to what we once abandoned.
Through Reiki.
Through the Gene Keys.
Through the quiet rhythm of journaling and the slow, honest unfurling of self…
I began to see something clearly.
The part I had hidden
was the part I had been longing for all along.
Verena wasn’t too much — she was simply waiting with quiet patience to be claimed.
So when it came time to name my work, the truth felt simple. Undeniable.
