The person behind Verena’s Soul Radiance
Hey there, I’m Lizzie.
A little bit about me: I’m naturally reflective. I love writing, journalling, the deeper questions, and those moments when something suddenly makes a little more sense than it did before.
And then there is Angelic Reiki.
My relationship with Reiki began personally, long before I ever thought about offering it to somebody else.
What I loved was how different it felt from all that reflecting.
There was nothing for me to work out or put into words.
I could simply stop.
I could receive.
That experience has stayed with me and sits at the heart of the way I offer Angelic Reiki now.
Why Angelic Reiki?
There is something about Angelic Reiki that I find incredibly gentle.
It is an energy healing modality with a spiritual foundation and a connection to the Angelic Kingdom, but the practitioner is not there to direct the energy or decide what somebody needs.
My role is much simpler.
To welcome you in. To listen. To create a calm, comfortable space. And then, when the Reiki begins, to be a bridge for the Angelic Reiki energy while you receive.
I’m not there to tell you what you should experience or give meaning to everything that happens.
The session is yours.
Some people arrive because life has been particularly full. Some are carrying something emotionally. Some simply want an hour of stillness or feel drawn to Reiki without quite knowing why.

Where Soul Reflection came from
Writing and journalling have been part of my own life for a long time.
They give me somewhere to explore what I’m feeling, notice patterns, ask questions and sometimes discover things I hadn’t realised were sitting underneath the surface.
Over time, I began noticing something about my own experience of Reiki.
I could have a beautiful session, feel that I had given myself genuine space, and then life would begin again.
The phone. The tea. The things that needed doing.
And it was surprisingly easy to move straight back into everyday life.
That is where Soul Reflection came from.
I wanted to bring together the receiving of Angelic Reiki with something that gently invites us to pause again afterwards.
Not to analyse the Reiki.
Not to turn the session into work.
Simply to create another little doorway back into reflection.
That is why my second offering includes personalised journalling prompts that can be returned to in the days and weeks after the Reiki session.
Why Verena's Soul Radiance
Verena is the name I was given at birth — a name I tucked away for many years.
Growing up in England, it felt unusual and a little too noticeable, so I quietly began using my middle name, Elisabeth, and over time became Lizzie.
For a long while, that was simply who I was.
But somewhere along the way, through Reiki, journalling and the slow process of getting to know myself more deeply, I found myself returning to Verena.
Not as somebody new.
More like a part of me that had always been there, waiting to be welcomed back.
So when it came time to name this work, Verena’s Soul Radiance felt right.
It wasn’t simply a business name.
It felt like a return. A remembering. A small kind of homecoming.
And perhaps that is part of what sits underneath this work too — creating space to come back to ourselves, gently, in our own way and in our own time.
The space I want to offer
I don’t believe people come to Reiki because they need somebody else to fix them.
I do believe there are times when it can feel incredibly nourishing to have a little space made for us.
Somewhere we can arrive as we are.
Somewhere there is time to talk and time to be quiet.
Somewhere we can stop being the one doing everything for a while and simply receive.
That is what I hope you find here.
